The ballot application mailing includes a return, postage-paid envelope. The advantages of voting by mail include:
Precinct changes have been made in all of the cities involved with the election and many voters will have new voting locations. Voting by mail will assure voters that they have cast their ballot in the correct precinct. All voters should be aware of their ward, precinct, and voting location if they plan to vote at their polling location on Election Day. Voters may verify their voting information by visiting to the Board of Elections Website at www.boe.cuyahogacounty.us or voters may call the Voter Information Hotline 216-443-3298 for precinct and voting location information. Voters in the following municipalities have been sent ballot applications: Voters may also obtain ballot applications from the Board of Elections website, www.boe.cuyahogacounty.us or by calling the Voter Information Hotline at 216-443-3298. Ballots will be mailed to voters after August 4, 2009. Voters are reminded that they do not need a reason to Vote by Mail. All registered voters may apply for a Vote by Mail ballot. |
